Add Media button is not working

  • Hello,

    My add media button is not working. Nothing happens when I hit the button. I am unable to load a picture in my blog post. I have tried using a different computer but I have the same issue. I have never had a problem with this before.

    My blog is rebekahnyakairu.com. My theme is papercuts.

  • Try activating the wordpress 2014 default theme and check your media button again if it works.

    on second thought, it is probably a plugin conflict as your theme seems to have been updated just last week.

    Disable all your plugins. Check the media button.

    I am having the same problem and this is all new to me. So you are saying deactivate all plugins? Do we deactivate then go back into our post and try the media button? Or do we reactivate and try it again?

    Yes, deactivate all plugins then check your media button.

    If it’s still not working, switch your theme to twentyfourteen.

    Make sure to refresh your browser and check the media button again.
