Add media button is not working

basically this shuts down the whole site if I cannot access it as I’m creating a art website.

i get no response when i click add media. it just randomly stopped working as i did not add a plugin.

what is this nonsense? I am really starting to doubt the reliability of wordpress.

does anyone have a solution?? thanks for any help
