Add Media button for Subscriber role

  • How do I get the Add media button to display/work for the Subscriber role.
    All users are registered to the site as Subscribers via Event Manager an I need them to be able to add images into their event descriptions. The add media button does not show for Subscriber or Contributor roles.
    Any ideas would be most appreciated.
