Add Media button don't work

  • Hi, I have a problem with the Add Media button into Page and Post: when I click on the button the media screen don’t work and I can’t upload new images. I try to deactivate qtranslate and it works.
    Already try to fix the issue by code but the issue still remain.
    Please help, I can’t update my site.
