    Have you chosen the rich/ visual editor type in the editor type in content?

    Please confirm this.

    Also tick on the Upload Media Option in the General Settings.

    By this, you should be able to upload media.

    Yes, I have the “Rich Text Editor” selected and that I have the “Upload Media Option” checked as well.

    Thanks for writing in.

    In the General Settings there is a option to allow media uploads for the logged in users.

    You need to select this to upload the media files.

    Only the logged in users can upload media here.

    I’ve exactly the same problem.
    Add media shows for logged in users only : ok
    But when I click on the button, nothing is happening.
    What should I do ?
