Add Media Button Does Not Work

    Can anyone tell me how I can make my Add Media button work when I want to add media to a page? I’ve read some past posts about this problem, but it seems the solutions involve changing my wp-config file, which I do not know how to do.
    I have uploaded media. It’s just when I click on the Add Media button, nothing happens.
