You do know these forums are staffed by non-paid volunteers, every-day users of WordPress just like you? ??
The first rules of troubleshooting: go back to a default working state. To do this, disable all custom themes (use a default WordPress theme like twentyfifteen. Don’t worry – we’ll get back to your custom theme shortly). And disable all plugins. Again, we’re putting WordPress back to a default state.
We now have a basic WordPress site to troubleshoot with. Can you check and see if the media library works correctly now? If so great. If not, come back and let us know and please provide as much details as you can (what kind of server you’re running on, your host, which version of WordPress, PHP/MySQL versions being used, etc.).
If WordPress is confirmed working at this point, now we re-enable your custom theme. Does everything work? If yes, great! If not, the issue lies with the theme and it’s time to contact the theme developer. Again, provide as much detail of the problem to them so they can more easily identify where the problem is and fix their theme.
If everything is working up to this point, it’s now time to test plugins. Re-enable plugins one at a time. After you enable a plugin, go through the site to confirm everything is working. If so, great, move on to the next plugin. If at any point in this process things stop working, note which plugin you last enabled and contact that plugin’s developer(s). Again, provide as much information as you can so that the developers can more easily identify where the issue might be coming from.
By following these steps, you’ll be able to find what the root cause of the issue and help WordPress designers and developers make their themes/plugins even better.
Other things that might help identify the issue:
1) Check your browser console (developer tools) to see if there are any errors
2) Check your server log files to see if there are any errors reported there
