Add input field for phone number

Is it possible to add a custom text field to request a phone number?

I frequently get requests with no phone number in the contact message, which makes it hard to make appointments with customers. It would be so helpful, if the contact form had a phone number input field.

Since I know not everybody needs such an input field and other users might want to have input fields for other details, how about adding a generic input field for additional information?

In the admin menu we could have these options:

• Boolean value: Enable/disable input field for additional information
• Boolean value: Additional information is mandatory/optional
• String value: Label text for additional information (e.g. “Phone number”)
