Add Logout Option in BuddyX

Yes, agreed, a logout is needed. There’s only login.

I have login link to be shown in the nav menu, also in one of the containers in the right sidebar. Logout is only possible from soundbar or WP toolbar. I’d like a logout in the nav menu too.

@mungbean @wpeveryday BuddyPress already provides a logout option that can be used in user dropdown or main menu.
