Add logo to woo commerce shipping label

    I have downloaded WoooCommerce Shipping Label but have no option to put in our company logo….
    It only allows me to print or download label and under the settings there is a button to upload image under General/Custom logo however when I click on it it appears to be inactive?

    Please help
