add location status to shortcodes

    hi fahad,
    this is related a bit to my other query about displaying shortcodes, but it’s a new feature request.
    I would love the ability to control which locations are displayed based on those locations being enabled/disabled.
    My thoughts would be an extra parameter passed into the shortcode along the lines of show_locations=”enabled|disabled|both” to allow disabled locations to still output their stock levels. The use case for this is I only want people to be able to order from one location (as is documented in your FAQ), but want to show people that there is stock at other locations that’s available in-store, but not online.
