Add link to the Widget's title (Tag link) in featured-tag-widget

The only feature am falling short of is , directing my user to a tag specific page from the widget , like http:/andrea.com/?tag=new-apps via the Title or Read more link (New apps) . Where in they can see all the posts filled under that specific tag

Users can view a limited number of posts in the widget , i want to add a functionality to make them go to that specif tag like “new apps ” and view all new apps posts , either via the Title or” View More /Read More ” link in the bottom of the widget .
