Add link to one part of the Category title

Hi. I would like to add a link to the first part of the title
for customers being able to get to the main page of a designer to see what else we offer from the same designer.
Is this possible?
Also sort of in doubt if I should have the main page of each designer with several product as a Category page or a web page?
Any suggestions?
