Add link to blogroll generates 404 error

When I try to add a link to the blogroll, I get a 404 page error. I tried logging out, clearing the cache, logging back in, and switching from firefox to IE but got the same error each time. As of last week, I was having no problems adding links, and I haven’t changed anything on the site.
