Add link on review title to assigned_post

Hi, I’m showing on https://www.mathema.me/tutors/ page newest reviews and would like to add a link to the corresponding assigned post on each review’s title. Looks like it should be done via the review.php template, but can you help me please – how to get the link to the assigned post and add it to show on front-end?
