• Hi, may I know how can I add line break to the email text setting?

Although I already put the text into separate lines in Email Content setup, but on the receiver end it appears in one sentence.

    Regards.

    Hi @enkoes

Sorry for the late response. Can you try de-activating other plugins and re-save the comment mention settings?

If issue still persists then share screenshot of your setting and what you get in email.

    Thank You

Hi @bhargavbhandari90 thanks for your reply.

Yesterday I disable all other plugins in my site except only bbpress and comment mention plugins. After mentioned a user, the email received still appears in one sentence without line break. See below:

Pls check and see if I have done something wrong. Thanks!

    Hi @enkoes

While we check this, you can do one thing.

Wherever you want new line, try putting
into text editor. https://prnt.sc/fh_ieqmTVZLY

    Hi?@bhargavbhandari90?thanks for your reply.

    It works by adding
. But when I come back to text editor,
cannot be visualized anymore.

    Regards.

I tested again by adding two
, it works great now by giving one more line spacing in the receiver mail text.

    Thanks!
