Add line break in placeholder textarea

Try using this notation.

[textarea* your-textarea class:form-control placeholder]
Describe your Request
(Measurements, Materials, Etc.)
[/textarea*]

It didn’t work for me, it continues to be seen in a single line and I need it to be seen in two lines because in the mobile view it looks bad, I leave screenshots:

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?
