Add left sidebar to Blogolife theme?

    I’m trying to add a left sidebar into my Blogolife theme, but I’m get nowhere. All of the tutorials I’m seeing do not match what files I have in my template. What the heck am I doing wrong? I’m trying to add some widgets into a left sidebar, but I can’t seem to find the right coding.
