Add law information after total

Hello,

I need to add in my invoice this information after total and not in the footer area:

A commercial invoice should always include VAT, or if it is not charged then the reason why – Using the phrase “Es erfolgt kein Ausweis der Umsatzsteuer aufgrund der Anwendung der Kleinunternehmerregelung gem. § 19 UStG.” is perfectly fine as this indicates that the supplier is not registered for VAT under the small business rules applicable in Germany.

How can I add this?
