Add LatLng from map to form

I have a leaflet map on my page where the user can drop a pin on their property, when they do, a pop up appears with the LatLng coordinates of the property. I would like contact form 7 to automatically take the LatLng value and add it to the form I have on the same page.

Is that possible?
