Add lastname and name on welcome email

Hi,
What are tags i need enter on my backend textarea field (Customize welcome email sent to the new user) to have the user lastname, name and login on email he received.
I have try this “lastname”, “name”, “login” or “nickname” but on the welcome user email there is nothing about this.
