Add l10n for "sort by order" text

Hi Jake,
Could you please add in the next update localisation of “sort by order” text. It’s in simple-page-ordering.php on line 268. Now, I have to translate this string manually each time you make an update.
Apart from that, a great plugin (Although I could also use subpages ordering).
