Add Kurdish CKB language to the plugin

Recently Google Translate added New Central Kurdish Language, Sorani Dialect added to the Google Translate.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SoraniIt’s RTL language like Arabic and Persian Languages.
Please can you add this to the Transposh Plugin or at least show a way how to add this plugin to our websites manually.
