Add Ko-Fi social link

Hi,

I saw in the latest update there were quite a few new social networks added for the social links at the top. I was wondering if I could request one more? Namely Ko-Fi. I think it’s being used as alternative to Patreon by quite a few creators (including me).

Also, would it be possible to set the order of the social links ourselves? So we can put the most important ones at the front?
