Add jquery for mobile devices

Very nice plugin, does what it says. Interface is easy to use. Just for your information, it works fine on Responsive free theme.

There is one major issue though. It is not truly mobile. The icon bar appear based on the size of the browser window and can appear on non-mobile devices if the window is set small enough. This should be done through jQuery, so that it only appears on mobile devices.

It would also be nice if I could add padding to top or bottom of contact bar. I have it set to “bottom” with “fixed position” off. It is so close to the bottom edge of the browser window that the Google navigation bar opens when you attempt to click on an icon.
