Add item to quick tags menu bar

Hi, I’ve downloaded and installed the embed flash plugin from:
https://www.kimili.com/journal/38/kimili-flash-embed—wordpress-edition/

and I’ve got it working fine after I realised that there was a minor problem with the doumentation, namely instead of using:
<kml_flashembed movie=”filename.swf”
height=”150″
width=”300″></kml_flashembed>
to embed a fklash file you should use:
<flashembed movie=”filename.swf” height=”150″ width=”300″></flashembed>.

Anyway on to the question, I’d like to add a new button to the quicktags that will add the:
<flashembed movie=”” height=”” width=””> & </flashembed> when clicked.
As it would save a bit of time when I want to add any flash content.
can anyone give some pointers on how to edit the quicktags.js to achieve this?
