Add item to Locations search form

  • Hi I am trying to find a way to add an option to the ‘Locations’ search field on the events listing page.

    Currently the locations select menu contains the names of the towns of the events e.g. Cheshunt, Grantham, London, Burnley etc. However, I would like to have an option for events that do not have a location. Ideally this option would be called ‘Virtual’.

    So, when an event is created, and the option in the admin panel ‘no location’ is selected. There would be a new option called ‘Virtual’ in the ‘locations’ search filter on the frontend.

    Any help would be much appreciated as this is driving me crazy.

    Hi,

    unfortunately, this is not yet possible out of the box at the moment and might need custom coding on your part to make this work.
