Add Index / Remove Author

1) the link you shared has an index, what kind of index are you talking about? also check the plugin settings as it is possible to turn off some archive pages of the glossary post type https://docs.codeat.co/glossary/getting-started/

2) That change depends on your theme, we aren’t generating that page but is built by your theme itself.

At the top of the list, I used to have:
A B C D E F G H … etc.

You could click the letters to jump quickly to that section. For some reason it disappeared and I haven’t been able to find a way to bring it back.

It works only if the theme use a specific wordpress function (mentioned in the doc).
