Add images to rss feed based on custom post type?

    This plugin will add images to your post descriptions/summaries in your feed, but only if your site is set to do just summaries for the feed. Right now, your feed is set to full text, so the plugin won’t add the featured image to the feed.

    So you can opt to change your site’s feed settings (under Settings > Reading) to Summary, and the featured images will be added to the feed. Or, if you need the full text feed, and want the featured images to be added to the excerpt anyway, you can use the final filter on the FAQ to add the images to the summary. HTH
