Add images option only import NextGen or Import Photocrati

  • Hi all,

    I am indeed very new to all this, and having just installed photocrati would like to start creating my website. However, when i create a page and then click on “create photocrati gallery” i select style etc, but at the bottom i only have a choice to upload NextGen or upload Photocrati, when what i want to do is upload my own images from my hard drive.

    Does anybody have this problem or know how i go about uploading my own images?

    I have a similar problem with you. When I create a photocrati gallery, all the buttons show up (add images, next gen & photocrati) but none of them work – as if they are static buttons.

    Still looking into this issue, unfortunately have not found a solution yet.

    Hi Cindy,

    It is now working for me, but I’m afraid I’m clueless as to what i actually did to make that so!

    However, i did uninstall Photocrati and then reinstall it. I also deceided to create a NextGen gallery, as the Photocrati wasn’t working. After I had installed NectGen and created a gallery, it refreshed and then gave me the option to add my own images, import NextGen and import Photocrati, and they all worked.

    Hi,

    Does anyone know where I can find extensive library for photocrati? They advertized as “All users have access to our extensive library of help tutorials as well as video tutorials.”, but since I installed it I am having a hard time to make it work. It seems that there is not much documentation or guides to user on how to do it. My albuns under photocrati do not show on the wp pages, they seem two disconnected pieces.
