add image to radio button

    1/there’s a possibility to add image to radio button ?
    2/there’s a possibility to add payment for the last step ?

    Hi,

    The plugin provides a media element that you can use to include. Pictures.
    The plugin is a simple form builder, it is not possible to use it with a payment method.
