Add image rating

I need to add rating for the gallery images. I’m trying to create rating with shortcode in lightbox or in text panel below gallery thumbnails.
When shortcode inserted to the images description I see this rating starts below gallery thumbnails, but in lightbox it’s doesn’t work I can see description text and shortcode of the rating. Please advice something.
