    Hello,

I am using woocommerce as my shopping cart and I am using elementor pro as my website creator. I have only one product in my shop. However I am looking to place an image to the side of this product (in the area where a new product would be located). The image is to say a discount is applied when a certain number of products are bought.

Can you please explain to me how to add this image? I have tried many different ways but it doesn’t seem possibly with the drag and drop aspect of elementor pro. Also I cannot seem to use elementor to edit my shop page. I am looking to place this image alongside my product on the homepage and on the shop page.

Please any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I am using the blocksy theme on my website.

    TIA

    Hello @mosesclarke91,

I am not sure if I can fully understand where exactly you are looking to add the image. Could you please provide us with a screenshot so that we can see what you are describing?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

    https://snipboard.io
    https://skitch.com/
    https://getcloudapp.com/
    https://awesomescreenshot.com/

There is also a walkthrough guide here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

We will look forward to your response.

    Thanks!

    Hi there ??

For screenshots, I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Hello,

Thank you for your help. I used this page to get a screenshot.
This is the screenshot of my website showing my shop page.

As you can see I have no way of editing this page from elementor. I am looking to add an image to the right of my one and only product. It is just an image saying buy 3 get 10% off.
I just do not know how to add this image?

    Hi @mosesclarke91,

Thanks a lot for the screenshot.

As you can see I have no way of editing this page from elementor. I am looking to add an image to the right of my one and only product.

Since you’re editing with Elementor Pro, I would recommend that you reach their support for more detailed info on how to properly add this image using their builder: https://my.elementor.com/support/

Additionally, there’s a rather comprehensive tutorial here on how to edit the shop page with Elementor: https://quadlayers.com/woocommerce-shop-page-in-elementor/

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

    Hey,

Thanks for the details and answer. I will contact elementor and see if they have a solution.

Alternatively I have added a new product with the image I want to use. Is there a way to remove the button ‘Add to Cart’ at the bottom of this product image.
Is there also a way we can freeze this image so that you cannot click into it for more product information?

Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards

    Thanks for getting back @mosesclarke91.

Good to hear that you’re working on a workaround.

Could you share with us the URL to that product so that we can check further?

    Thanks.
