Add image on edit page top left corner

Hi

I publish all my content by creating a new page. However I was wondering how I can have a section on the edit page which lets me add a image on the top left corner of my content?

At the moment I can only add a image in between my text or as a feature image which makes my image huge and sits right at the top.
