Add Image from disk tab blank

  • I just installed wordpress 3.0.4 and i have this issue, when i click on add media button and then i tried to upload an image from my disk the tab is blank, but the other ones, add from url, and gallery work just fine, my problem is the first one only.
    Ive tried re-installing it, deleting everything and uploading again, ive use chrome, safari and firefox on their lastest version and i have the same issue in all of them.
