Add Image doesn't work

    First Problem:
    I’m trying to add a new slide and when I click the “Add Image” button, the screen has a black overlay, but no windows pop up for me to upload an image, and it stays like that. Nothing happens.

    I have WordPress 3.9.1 installed on an SSL server- is this a compatibility issue?
    I’ve tested this in Chrome, Firefox, and IE – same result.

    Second Problem:
    How can we edit captions? I went to the Media Library, found the photo I was using on an existing slide and updated the caption, but those changes are translating in the slideshow. Do I have to delete and re-add the same slide just to change the caption?
