Add image #_EVENTIMAGE to map infoWindow

am afraid that will not work; have you tried location placeholder #_LOCATIONIMAGE ? – https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/placeholders/

I have but and nothing its still blank plus I don’t want member to post location image but use the thumbnail instead. whats else could be possible..?

The info bubble on the map is only capable of containing location data so I’m afraid you won’t be able to insert an event thumbnail in there, only the location image.
