Add I’m not a robot Checkbox

  • I know the “I’m not a robot” Checkbox is an old way to do the Google reCaptcha, but my client really wants it on their site. I registered the site with Google as v2 and the checkbox, and added the keys to CF7 but I’m not able to integrate it with CF7. Is there a way to do this or do I HAVE to use the invisible v3 reCaptcha?

  • Contact Form 7 by default now only supports V3 keys.
    reCAPTCHA V2 works very well, every time and with no false positives that I have seen.
    Therefore you need to install ReCaptcha V2 for Contact Form 7 plugin.
    Obviously you need to use V2 keys only.

    Thank you. I will try that out.

    My alternative for now was to make all of the radio button options on the form turned off which makes them required to select one while using reCaptcha v3 at the same time. I will mention this to my client though and see if they still want me to use v2.
