My plugin stopped working. Now it always shows this: https://puu.sh/CXW6o/d2d1ddc50d.png

And the icons always link to WPZOOM social media.

In the widgets menu, everything is blank and whatever change I do nothing changes. https://puu.sh/CXW8m/e39809056d.png

For example, even though there are icons of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, they are not showcasing in the menu, and when I click the “Add icon” button nothing happens.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

This could be caused by a conflict with another plugin. Have you installed any new plugins recently? Can you try to deactivate them and find out which one is causing this problem?

Also, make sure you have updated WordPress and have PHP 5.6+ on your server.

I’ve disabled every plugin except WPZOOM and “Add icons” button still does nothing.

I am using the Shapely theme by Colorlib.

Is it possible there’s a conflict between the theme and the plugin?

I just tested the plugin with the Shapely theme, and everything works fine, there is no conflict.

Maybe you can send us an email with your admin login details using the contact form on our website?

It was a browser add-on in Chrome causing this problem.

The problem was in the Fanboy’s Annoyance List filter for the uBlock Origin extension.

uBlock origin is an adblock extension, and the Fanboy’s Annoyance List is an add-on for uBlock that blocks annoying pop ups such as “Accept Cookies” and other minor annoyances.

When I disabled the Fanboy’s Annoyance List filter, the WPZOOM plug-in immediately started working!

Just to be clear, the problem was NOT in uBlock Origin. The problem was in the add-on FOR uBlock Origin.
