add html code into WordPress – section

  • Hello everybody,
    I’m new to WordPress, starting my first blog today.
    Its a blog about health and being in balance.
    Therefore I want to enter a HTML code into the <head> section.
    I’ve read a lot of posts already, but can’t get it to work.

    Is this a stupid question, or is there a way??
