Add hsts preload to hstspreload.org and receive a warning

    Hello, I tried to add hsts preload to hstspreload.org but got a warning: 

    Warning: Unnecessary HSTS header over HTTP
The HTTP page at https://xxxxx sends an HSTS header. This has no effect over HTTP, and should be removed.

    Please fix it thanks.
