Add href to the Text-widget Title

    Hello,

    is it possible to add href to the title of the text-widget? Something like Visit W3Schools?
    The title is displayed but the link doesn’t work.

    I’m afraid that links will not work on widget titles

    However, It will work on main content of text / html widgets.

    You can leave the title empty and apply style to content in order to make it look as a title
