Add handling fee to tix

    CampTix doesn’t have a special field for that, so the easiest way would probably be to just build it into the price of the ticket.

    Let me start with saying thank you for this plugin.

    I think this would be a valuable feature. I’m struggling to address the 2.9% and the .30 per sale that paypal charges. When I use CampTix I am no longer using paypal buttons that allowed me to add fees to final price. Obviously I can add 2.9% to a final ticket price but I’m not sure how to accurately charge for the .30 per sale.

    Wouldn’t you just add 3% to the ticket price?
