Add hamburger menu to Storefront handheld footer bar

    First of: I love your plugin. It’s really what I was looking for!

    I’ve this great idea but I’ve been able to get it to work properly – I need your help :).

    Using the information from Customize links in the handheld footer bar is there any way to add a link that will open the hamburger menu?
