When choosing to allow authors to be created without a user account, I’m taken to an error that says I don’t have permission to access the page. It’s fine when I leave that page, but it doesn’t remember the setting I chose, and I can’t seem to add a guest author with no email anymore.

@mhall123 I’m unable to replicate this issue on multisite instances. Can you please check if there is any plugin conflict by deactivate all plugins except our plugin and see if the issue persists?

    Thanks,

Thank you, Riza! Deactivating all the plugins did help, it must have been a conflict. It’s not a big deal because I can deactivate just to change it – the conflict is Speed Optimizer which is part of SiteGround.
