    Hello,

    I have realized, that on your website you have added “Groundhogg” to the list of “Marketing Automation” tools, but it’s also one of the best CRM & Sales-Funnel tools available. ??

    I’m using GH on multiple sites and clients-sites:

    • sometimes only for sending newsletters only,
    • many times for generating leads,
    • quite often for deploying complex sales-funnels, but
    • always as an CRM!

    I can imagine, that at the current state your list of integrations allows you to assign only one category to an app/plugin/service, but I think there are many vendors with overlapping feature-sets.

    It’s not only Groundhogg, which should be listed under multiple integration-sections!

    For example, “Brevo” is listed under CRM, but they provide very advanced Email-Marketing-Automation tools as well, just like ActiveCampaign and Groundhogg. And also “FluentCRM” is actually more of a Marketing Automation than CRM tool, since their CRM-features are rather basic.

    Another example is “MemberPress”, which provides comprehensive LMS-features, but listed under your Membership integrations only.

    I have also realized, that when clicking on some integrations presented on your page, sometimes I will be redirected to the docs, but sometimes nothing happens at all (happened after clicking on “Thrive Apprentice”).

    I have posted this request/issue here, so that other users will be made aware of this. I’m not affiliated with Groundhogg directly, only using their plugins for my agency.

    I think a better and more accurate categorization can be achieved quite easily by applying multiple categories to each vendor/plugin and modify the filter-facets accordingly ??
