Add “Further Information” below product overview

When i click on shop i see the complete product overview. The products are shown with the main product picture and the title etc. I would like to add one line which says “Further information” and when people click on that they shall come to the product detail page.

Is that possible? Where and how do i enter this?

I am using the latest version of woocommerce and i have a standard twenty seventeen Theme.
