add full-width-template for one category

Hi

I would like to know how i can make one full width template when i go on one category. Like this exemple (https://preview.themezee.com/tortuga/full-width-template/) it’s a static page and this is what i want to do, and not have the same blocks when i write articles https://preview.themezee.com/tortuga/ .

I made a few pages and i have always blocks with columns. What i need to do to have a static page(s) only for somes category, not all.
