Add force refresh button on page

Since this is a request for an additional feature and not a request for support on an existing feature, I’ll be closing out this thread. The details for the feature enhancement have been captured at https://github.com/jordanleven/wp-force-refresh/issues/11.

+1 for the admin bar functionality while viewing the page (while logged in) I have a similar workflow as Tupelo.dk and this would be helpful, instead of having to navigate back inside the editor.
