Add Footer Widgets to Delicate Theme?

  • Does anyone know how to add footer widgets to the delicate theme? I am totally twisted up about it–my current solution looks fine on Apple products and terrible on PCs and non-iPhones. I would seriously love anyone who could help me figure out how to do this; I don’t want to change my entire theme again!
